Public parking with free shuttle service on Kolache Festival Day has been designated at the Middle School (Highway 62 west of town, across from Ken's Pizza) and High School parking lots.

Please be aware that Hwy. 62 and Hwy. 99 are blocked to thru traffic from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Hwy. 99 opens at 1 p.m. but Hwy. 62 is closed all day in town.

Festival is located along Highway 62 (Main Street) and the City Park with grandstand on Highway 62 between the City park.

The shuttle service will be provided by the Prague Senior Center Van, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Handicap Parking is located at Parks Brothers Funeral Home. No special permit is required just show your handicap sticker to the people at the road block located at Main Street and Blue Bell Road (which is located on the West side of town).

Due to safety issues as well as trying to help control congestion, the Kolache Festival Association will no longer provide golf carts to anyone except for handicap needs. All golf carts that will be used on festival day will require a permit. Permits will be $20, and must be purchased from the Kolache Festival office. Only Handicap Permits will be issued, and an official handicap permit must be shown as proof. All drivers of the carts must be licensed and at least 16 years or older. The police will monitor strict enforcement of these rules. Remember, 4-wheelers and golf carts not allowed downtown on festival day for transportation. The police department also advises that pets be left at home for the safety of children and others in congested areas. Handicap persons can contact the festival office at 567-4866 for further information.
