This cookbook is the second printing of the 2009 50th Anniversary Kolache Festival Cookbook. It contains all recipes from two previous cookbooks — one from the 1950s and one from the 1970s. It is important to Prague’s Czech community to preserve as much of their culture as possible. The re-print of the 2009 cookbook contains numerous pictures and quite a bit of historical information pertaining to the Kolache Festival and its history.
